Cozy fire and comfortable beds made our stay during Christmas extra enjoyable. the views over the fields were beautiful and added to the peaceful ambiance. - the cottage was well equipped, perfect for a small family. - Access from the garden to the car was a convenient feature we appreciated.
First impressions weren't great as the owner seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. Being close to a busy road made the location less ideal.

We definitely got great value for our money at this lovely little cottage. The room was cozy, with comfortable beds and beautiful views over the fields. The location was excellent, with plenty of walks and things to see nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was having some milk available when we arrived after a long journey. It would have been a nice touch to have it ready for us in the kitchen.

The bathroom with a bath or shower was amazing! It was so nice to have options for a relaxing soak or a quick refreshing shower. As a person who loves taking long baths, I was in heaven!
Personally, I would have preferred another bathroom with a bath instead of just a shower. But I understand that some people prefer showers, so it's really just my personal preference.
